Oh a sweet baby. If only to go back for a DAY! She had her sweet baby on my son's birthday and pretty close to the same time. That made making this bubble AND celebrating my son's birthday that day that much more special.
So with much cooing and sighing over the sweet thoughts of a new baby, I made our friend a baby bubble in one of my favorite Sis Boom prints, Kayla from Dance with Me. LOVE!
The pattern is the Sis Boom Carly Bubble Romper. It is reversible with a keyhole opening in the back for ease of dressing and the option of snaps or buttons for the leg closure. This pattern is written by the best pattern writer in the industry, Carla Hegeman Crim. She writes with clear direction and LOTS of pictures to help you along every step of the way. Just love sewing from Carla's patterns every time. If you are new to sewing and even if you are a seasoned sewist, Carla provides you with tips and tricks that will improve your overall sewing skills.
Ohhhhh that face! What a dolly! Even if she ended up in time out....Ha! I just made that up. Lots of other great shots of this cutie. She is a natural in front of the camera! Makes you want to buy the pattern doesn't it!?
Happy baby April! We had so much fun putting together our handmade items and sending them to you! Enjoy that sweet baby for all of us!
So more to come as I figure out what I want to work on tomorrow. I will not clean, I will not clean, I will not clean....okay maybe I will do some laundry....
