Waahhhhh!!!!

It's over! The Happy Home  blog tour is OVER! I have so enjoyed the tour. I hope you have too! I hope you have found some new creative bloggers to follow. So many have inspired me! I think on every post I was thinking "Ohhhhh I gotta make THAT!"

Some of the participants piped up today about doing another tour, this time it would be a different theme, a sew a long, sewing challenge or tutorial series. We are still deciding! If you are interested let me know I will be happy to include you in the blog roll! Remember we are not a club here! Just peeps that love to sew and create and in this blog tour peeps that adore Jennifer Paganelli! So pipe up if you want to jump in! Of course I need to blog what we are going to do first so you can decide if you want to jump in!

Oh and a confession....I ran most of this blog hop from Beaver Creek/Vail, Colorado.

You just THOUGHT I was in my home all this time! Haha! Talk about a Rocky Mountain high! It was so fun!

My son plays piano and we took him to the Colorado Suzuki Institute. He and my husband had a great time in classes all week while I shopped, explored and relaxed with my daughter and parents.

So many cute things to share with you like this flower cart.

I liked it so much I made sure it was photographed on both sides! hahaha!

I found a shop in Vail you would DIE for! It's the Swedish Clog Cabin! Desigual clothing, handmade made strip skirts, I bought one I need to photo it for you, and all these darling hand painted clogs! You cannot tell from this picture but these are teeeeeny clogs. Maybe baby size? But they have a little ribbon that they are attached to, to keep the pair together. I don't think they are really meant to be worn. But so darn cute! They have hand painted clogs for children and adults too. You can find them at www.tessaclogs.com. Order online but really, you need to go visit them!

Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado need to be on your bucket list. But like don't put it at the end. You need to go now! Great places to relax, eat, hike and then repeat. Oh and ice skating. You must ice skate in Beaver Creek. My kids love it!

Oh I could go on about our trip it was really wonderful! I cannot share photos of my son playing because it has other participants in the picture and they were very specific about us not posting pictures of other peoples' kids online. So just imagine him in your mind playing a Clemente piece and a fun jazzy duet piece in the Vilar Performing Arts Center. He was so in his element. Great time and so glad we took him there.

More things in the works so stay tuned! I hope to have the tutorial for the pop over ruffle top dress(Curly post) done soon! Might be part of the next blog tour if that's what we decide to do or it will just be a post on its own. Either way you will get a tutorial! Woo hoo!!

Whatever you do this week make sure you jump in on the Photo Challenge at www.sisboom.com! Wow the prizes are GREAT!

Congratulations to Stephanie Danko of Tabbo design! She won the first round of the photo challenge on the Sis Boom blog! Loving her beading on that skirt!

Jennifer and Madeline are having a grand time seeing all your lovely projects! This week the challenge is favorite use of color! Go take a picture of, or shuffle through  your pictures and send in one representing your favorite use of color! Tweet it or email it to the Sis Boom team at the addresses above. Woot woot!
