Well I have to put in one more plug for Patty. Actually if you like her work as much as I do make sure you check back here, I have more fabric and more of her patterns to sew up!  So this outfit I made using her newest line Lush, campan knit stripe, knit jersey from Hobby Lobby and lots of Riley Blake trims that you can find at Granma's Treasures.

I cannot find any more of this Hilco campan stripe in this particular color but Corie at Banberry Place has a good Hilco pink and white campan stripes that goes well with Lush. And well she has a LOOOOT of pretty domestic knits that you really need to check out anyway. I mean REALLY you need to. She just got back from a big fabric shopping venture and she has a GIANT shipment coming to her by the end of the week or so and she already has a GIANT collection!!! Don't miss out!

OH and the patterns! The top is actually a skirt. I made Patty's Maddie skirt/dress recently(see earlier blog post, it's right before the giveaway post) and loved the concept so I took Patty's FREE skirt pattern from Sew Mama Sew blog and used the bodice/ skirt band and strap instructions from the Maddie pattern to come up with this fun top! She will wear it with a shrug or something if she wants to wear it out but I wanted you to see it fully. The pants are Portabellopixie ruffle pants. I went down two sizes on the width but not the length so they would not be too baggy.
